With President’s Day Weekend and Ski Week in the books, we are thrilled to say that the conditions are still looking GREAT, maybe even better than last week! Sub-Freezing Temperatures have allowed us to keep our Snow-Making Crew working overtime, and Mother Nature continues to send us frequent snow storms. In short, we are ending the month with the best conditions we’ve seen this season, and we will be in FULL OPERATION to start March, open six days a week; please see our calendar and pricing chart for more information HERE.
We are expecting a small snow storm to pass through the area Sunday Evening and into Monday, and clearing (but cold) weather for most of the rest of the week. A second stronger storm should bring us even more fresh snow Thursday Night and into Friday. Please pay attention to these storms when planning your trip. Likewise, although there are NO chain controls in place at this time, that will change back-and-forth this week as the storms arrive and clear; please consult Cal Trans for the latest road condition information HERE.
For all other information regarding the daily operations at Leland Snowplay, please see our FAQ Page HERE, and please contact us via Facebook if there are any other questions we can answer for you. We will also update you here as conditions change.
Again, we are 100% open, with GREAT conditions, on our normal schedule and pricing. It’s been a rough season so far, but things are finally in full swing. Spring will be coming around soon enough, but for now, the snow is looking great and we are working hard to give you a perfect day in the snow. We hope you can join us this season!
