SNOWPLAY REPORT – February 5, 2018
We want to thank everyone for a great Super Bowl Weekend. Unfortunately, most people in Northern California spent the weekend in Shorts and T-Shirts, with several locations in the state seeing record high temperatures for February. The drought conditions and heat wave are clearly back, and that does not bode well for the snow conditions.
At this time we are open day-to-day, and will be OPEN tomorrow, February 5 2018. Conditions are the hill are rapidly deteriorating due to the drought and heatwave, and it is only a matter of time before Mother Nature wins out. We will reevaluate conditions daily, and weight conditions against guest projections. If you are planning a trip in the near future, please be aware of the deteriorating conditions (it is safe, but not “postcard pretty”), and PLEASE check-in with us here BEFORE making the trip. Thank you.
